The Social Action Committee would like to tell you about a program they will be bringing to you on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at Temple Emanu-El. This will be an informative panel on antisemitism on college campuses. Rabbi Davey Rosen, Rabbi Matthew Zerwekh, and one or two U of M students will discuss this topic. 

We hope you will join us with or without any college-age children you may have. We think that everyone can benefit from the pertinent information on this subject. Rising antisemitism on campuses is a critical topic. The Adult Education Committee is working with the Social Action Committee on this event.

Rabbi Davey is Chief Executive Officer leading Hillel’s staff and furthering the vision of every Jewish student making an enduring commitment to Jewish life, learning, and Israel.  Davey served as Associate Director of U-M Hillel from 2011-2018.  He received Rabbinic Ordination from the Academy for Jewish Religion and holds a Master’s in Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary.  He has served as Assistant Director of Camp Ramah New England, Regional Supervisor with Young Judaea, Family Educator at Congregation B'nai Jeshurun in New York, and provided spiritual care as a hospice chaplain.
