At Temple Emanu-El we encourage members of all ages to share in meaningful holiday classes and worship, such as:

  • S’lichot Potluck, Study Session and S’lichot Worship
  • Supper in the Sukkah – Dinner and Study
  • Tu B’Shevet Seder
  • Second Day Passover Seder

Festival Services

Evening festival services for Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Purim and Shavuot are 7:00 pm Family Services featuring our Youth Choir (Erev Shavuot is Confirmation, led by our Confirmation Class).

Traditional morning worship for Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Pesach and Shavuot are held at 10:30 am.

High Holiday Services

During the High Holidays, we welcome S’lichot with a discussion program, and S’lichot worship in the sanctuary that begins with the changing of our Torah covers.

Erev Rosh Hashanah and Erev Yom Kippur worship begins at 8:00 pm.

On the mornings of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur our Congregational Service begins at 10:30. A Family Service proceeds at 9:00 am. Yom Kippur Services continue through the day, concluding with a congregational break-fast.
